Enjoy a unique experience at Vingarden på Jølst, where Camilla Aasen, the founder of Vestavin, is working to transform West Norwegian berries, fruits and flowers to fruit wines that suit the modern palate, and transforming an old, abandoned farm into a unique fruitvineyard in the process.
During the summer season Vingarden på Jølst holds regular guided tours with tastings where you can experience a fruitvineyard in the making and have a taste of what flavours and potential West Norwegian fruits and berries hold. Camilla welcomes you with a guided tour of the grounds and production facilities and guides you through a tasting of selected fruit wines from Vestavin's own production, sharing her passion for the flavours of the west coast.
A guided tour and tasting lasts for about 1,5 hours and includes four tasting samples of fruit wines from Vestavin or non-alcoholic beverages from Vesle Lerka, along with small bites that complement the beverages.
The farm shop will be open.
